Warranty information

Your purchase of this scooter includes a 12-month warranty against original defects in material and workmanship from the date you physically receive the scooter. This covers the cost of labor and parts required to maintain your scooter in proper working order for the 12-month warranty period. Please retain your proof of purchase for reference when making inquiries about this warranty.The warranty period remains 12 months from the original delivery date.Consumable items are not included as part of your warranty. These are outlined below for your clarification.

The warranty covers use during light rain and riding through puddles on the ground, but not soaking in water or exposure to strong rain for prolonged periods of time. Use in these conditions will invalidate the warranty.

Refund Within 30 Days From The Item’s Arrival To The Customer
Any new, unopened and unused product purchased on the ae86-origin.com can be returned within 30 days for a refund (to original method of payment). Customer is responsible for return shipping fees on all orders and ensuring that the product arrives undamaged. Products purchased through an authorized retailer must follow the return policies of the retailer.

Accessories Return has to include all accessories

When do we execute the refund? Upon receipt of the return package (if the customer returns the product to our warehouse)

Refunds for delivery costs Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Warranty Or Refund
We offer 90 days Warranty for manufacturer defect that come with the accessories product.

If a defect arises during the Warranty Period,AE86-ORIGIN will repair the product at no charge using new parts or parts that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability, OR, exchange the product with an equivalent product that is new or formed from new and/or previously used parts that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability. The product cannot be used for rental or commercial use.
The product cannot be used for competition.
The Limited 90 Days Warranty only covers parts or issues due to manufacturer defects.

Refunds for different time periods


1. Within 30 days: Accept full refund guarantee. undamaged/unused AE86-ORIGIN product and receive a refund for any reason

2.Within 30-90 days:Partial refund，Exchange is supported, it depends on the actual problem.

3. Over 90 days: Refunds are not acceptable.

Note for Battery: If If the electric scooter fails due to battery failure within one month, it can provide free replacement. If more than 1 month but within 3 months, customers need to pay half price to buy batteries. More than 3 months, the customer bears the full battery purchase cost. The Motor is not in the warranty without 30 Days.


Damage & Protection
Unless reported prior to the return/exchange, the customer is responsible for ensuring that the product arrives undamaged and in working condition. Products returned with heavy use, unreported damage, or without original packaging may be rejected.

Shipping Costs
If you insist on returning our products, please contact us, we will send you a return address.you need to return to the original shipping address or the corresponding warehouse address.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Note:The accessories of electric scooter we can’t be responsible for the return shipping fee .

The refund time for credit/debit card payment
When you initiate a refund, we will submit a refund application to your payment bank within 1-2 business day, and the bank will process the refund to your payment card within 2-5 business days. The exact time you receive the refund depends on the processing speed of bank. It’s usually takes about 3-7 business days.
